1. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate profile details and keep your credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security concerns.
• Use CyberAI content for personal learning unless explicitly licensed otherwise.

2. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the platform, interfere with services, or attempt unauthorized access. Respect intellectual property rights for all materials hosted on CyberAI Education.

3. Payments & Billing

Paid programs will clearly display pricing and applicable taxes. Refunds, where offered, follow the course-specific policy presented at checkout.

4. Content Ownership

CyberAI retains rights to platform materials and branding. Trainers retain ownership of uploaded content but grant CyberAI a license to host and deliver it to enrolled learners.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may end use at any time; certain obligations (including payment and IP protections) survive termination.
